Scam and Fraud Alert

Please be aware of fraudulent communications falsely claiming to represent Digipas Technologies Inc., Digipas executives, or other companies within the Digipas Group.
Recently, there has been an increase in scam attempts involving impersonation of Digipas through fake email domains, forged documents, social media accounts, and unauthorized messaging platforms. These fraudulent activities are targeted at customers, distributors, suppliers, business partners, and job applicants.

Common scam attempts include
  • Requests to change or update bank account details for invoice payments
  • Fake discount offers for outstanding invoices or overdue payments
  • Fraudulent supplier or vendor registration requests
  • Fake recruitment or employment offers requesting payment or personal information
  • Impersonation of Digi-Pas executives or employees through email or social media
  • Requests for confidential company, banking, or financial information
Please note the following important information:
  • Digipas will never request payment or fees during any stage of recruitment, supplier onboarding, or vendor registration.
  • Digipas will never request urgent bank account changes solely through email without official verification procedures.
  • Digipas executives, including the CEO, do not conduct business communications through unofficial social media accounts.
  • Any suspicious social media accounts claiming to represent Digipas executives should be reported immediately.
To help protect yourself and your organization:
  • Always verify banking detail changes directly with your known Digipas contact using official contact information.
  • Carefully check email sender addresses and website domains for inconsistencies or misspellings.
  • Do not open suspicious attachments or click unknown links.
  • Do not disclose sensitive financial or personal information unless authenticity has been independently verified.
